Q1: How often do I have a coaching session?

You're buying results not hours, me in your corner, not a calendar. Every person is different. You will get what is required for you to breakthrough whatever is holding you back. Some months 45 minutes each week, some months nothing, some months may require a 4 hour marathon.

Q2: When do the sessions begin?

If your application is accepted and payment received, you will receive a concise induction form. This will allow me to provide you with clarity of what has been holding you back in a way you never imagined possible - guaranteed.

Q3: What results can I expect?

Most coaching dabbles in incremental progress that feels nice but you never quite believe the shift is real - is lasting.

I used to do that. Now I offer results, deep & lasting. True transformation requires a level of seriousness and sincerity that very few are ready for. The freedom you seek requires that you give yourself no choice but to face that which you cannot accept, about you, about life. If you are willing, results are powerful, deep, permanent.

Q5: What is the format?

1:1 sessions on Zoom. A session is as long or as short as it needs to be to get the required result. In between sessions my clients have exclusive access to me on Voxer, where coaching continues and deepens.
